Baby Log
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Baby Log is designed to help parents keep a clear record of everyday newborn care. This policy explains what information the app uses and why.
Information we collect
Baby Log may store:
- Your account email address.
- Baby profile details, including name, birth date, and gender.
- Care logs for feeds, pumps, diapers, sleep, and notes.
Why we collect it
This information is used to provide care tracking, summaries and reports, baby profile support, and synced access across signed-in devices.
Authentication and storage
Baby Log uses Supabase for account authentication and database storage. Access controls are used so authenticated users can access only their own profiles, babies, and care logs.
Offline drafts
If you create a log while offline, the pending log may be stored temporarily on that device until it can be synced. Supabase remains the source of truth after synchronization.
Parent Assistance
When you use Parent Assistance, the care details you type are sent to OpenAI to create structured draft logs and assistant replies. Baby Log does not intentionally store the raw AI entry or chat history, and no draft is saved to Supabase until you review and confirm it.
Selling personal data
Baby Log does not sell personal data.
Your choices and deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Not medical advice
Baby Log is a record-keeping tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance. Contact a qualified health professional when you have concerns about a baby’s health.
